Very nice hotel. Great location.

This little apartment was beautifully appointed and super well equipped. From the linens and furnishings to the hand soap and kitchen equipment, everything had obviously been carefully curated. The location could not be better for walking to all the central tourist attractions. Communication and host support was outstanding. Just perfect for either a short-term or long-term stay. A++ all around!

This was a great hotel in Edinburgh. Parking is tricky but you don't need a car because you are close to anything you need. The cafes and pubs around the area were great. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to the castle. The rooms were tiny, typical for European hotels, but comfortable. If you have any type of walking condition, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are very steep stairs and there is no staff available to carry your bags up and down the stairs. Be sure to make a copy of your passcode in case you lose your phone. There are no keys and no staff at the facility. We are in our mid sixties and loved the place. Young to boomer, it is a great place to stay.

Virgin Hotel Edinburgh is the place to stay while visiting this city! It's location on Victoria Street is central to everything and in tbe heart of the town. The customer service in the hotel is outstanding, truly white glove. All the staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Though we only stayed one night the Apex Waterloo was a delight. We arrived in the early afternoon, way before check-in but we were upgraded to a two story accommodation that was available immediately (for which we were grateful after a long flight)! We were surprised to find air conditioning. Most hotels in Scotland do not have it and the summer days can get quite warm. The hotel location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. We enjoyed cocktails in the lounge after our day of sightseeing and breakfast was wonderful. The hotel stored our luggage while we toured the castle and unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the pool or spa but we will definitely return! Thank you!

The location of the hotel was perfect. The view of the castle from our room was breathtaking. The hotel was the staff could not have been nicer. We had breakfast (buffet) - it was delish. I would recommend upgrading to a room with a castle view - it is 100% worth it. Looking forward to going back to Scotland - will absolutely stay at this location again.
