On the positive side: The room is very spacious, with high ceilings. The bed is good; the high-quality linen and pillows are soft. Bathroom products are very high quality. For the central location, it is pretty quiet in the room if the cleaning staff close the windows correctly ( I realized it on the second night). Suggestions: You need to create check list which includes checking all bathroom products (we didn’t have soap for the sink); Check windows and doors before and after each guest. Pocket door between bathroom and room not very functional; it took me 20 minutes to stick it out, and it was pretty tough to operate. Have Number 9 printed on the phone to call the concierge. Breakfast: all ingredients are fresh and taste good, but for 30 euro per person, you get a very limited variety. Eggs are not included. Simple sunny-side-up costs 9 euro. For sweets, you have the option of 3 puff pastries. Deli includes very good quality Iberico ham, cooked ham, and 2 types of salami. The coffee tastes like French press but is made on an espresso machine. I wouldn’t say it is a good coffee.

Excellent hotel and Giselle at the front desk is excellent

We stayed for 4 nights during the hottest week of June, and unfortunately, we had no AC for the first two nights. The staff tried to make things right by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but the room was incredibly uncomfortable. By the third night, the AC was just okay, and it finally worked properly on our fourth night. To top it off, as I was checking out on our last day, they closed off part of the lobby for maintenance. It really felt like the hotel wasn't fully ready for the summer season. On the positive side, Great staff :: the location is great, the pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, and there is a nice indoor seating area. The à la carte menu is just okay.

The overall stay was average. The hotel itself is nice and clean as well as the rooms. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. We did have problems with our toliet, which they did try to remedy right away. If you want to be with the action of Madrid, this is a bit far away and not walking distance, which was a little disappointing for going out to get dinner or a snack, or even shopping. Parking at the hotel was a bit confusing as we had to call to get out each time, which became frustrating as the attendant kept telling us we had to pay, which we had already talked to front desk, so there seem to be a lack of communication there.

Piano bar and breakfast buffet made our stay more enjoyable. It was a great way to start and end the daily sight seeing adventures. There is a rooftop as well.

The building’s architecture is absolutely amazing, and the staff here are great—very welcoming and helpful. However, the rooms themselves fell short. They feel incredibly basic for a hotel of this caliber. There is no coffee or tea maker inside the room, which was a disappointment. Space-wise, the room layout is not ideal. The design makes the room very narrow, leaving very little space for luggage. We only had one suitcase and two backpacks, and it already felt incredibly cramped. Because of the tight space, I would only recommend staying here for a maximum of two nights.

A very nice an clean hotel a little far from city center but beautiful and comfortable . The staff is amazing

This is a true 5-star hotel. From the moment you walk in, the bellboy, reception staff, supervisors, and management make you feel welcome. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent. I highly recommend staying here.
