On the positive side: The room is very spacious, with high ceilings. The bed is good; the high-quality linen and pillows are soft. Bathroom products are very high quality. For the central location, it is pretty quiet in the room if the cleaning staff close the windows correctly ( I realized it on the second night). Suggestions: You need to create check list which includes checking all bathroom products (we didn’t have soap for the sink); Check windows and doors before and after each guest. Pocket door between bathroom and room not very functional; it took me 20 minutes to stick it out, and it was pretty tough to operate. Have Number 9 printed on the phone to call the concierge. Breakfast: all ingredients are fresh and taste good, but for 30 euro per person, you get a very limited variety. Eggs are not included. Simple sunny-side-up costs 9 euro. For sweets, you have the option of 3 puff pastries. Deli includes very good quality Iberico ham, cooked ham, and 2 types of salami. The coffee tastes like French press but is made on an espresso machine. I wouldn’t say it is a good coffee.

エレベーターが途中で落下し、30分以上閉じ込められ恐怖を感じました。 またWifiが弱くほぼ仕事ができませんでした。 部屋にゴミ箱がなかったり、オートロックの反応が悪かったり、ホテルマンは人によって態度の良し悪しが違います。 総じて料金に見合わないと感じました。

部屋は清潔に保たれていたがシーツを2日間替えていなかった。朝の食事はもう少し野菜の種類があれば満足できました。

①夜中に隣の部屋から大きな音楽が流れてきて安眠ができなかったが、スタッフは隣室に注意したが、明け方まで大音量が止まらず、眠れなかった。 ②シャワーやトイレのドアが無く、プライベートが無いおかしな作り。

客室は清潔で、スタッフも凄く親切でした。 また、朝食が美味しかったです

施設もスタッフも問題なく、便利なロケーションで良かったです。 アトーチャ駅まではホテルの前から、タクシーで10ユーロくらいです。 無料の朝食も充実しており、妻も喜んでいました。
