Another hotel that claims to have air-conditioned rooms without a functional unit. The air conditioner was on full power all night and the temperature did not drop below 24C. Staff helped switch room as the first one was at 26C after two hours but overall, this hotel simply does not have properly cooled rooms. Another unfortunate incident. Grabbing a coffee in the morning before leaving is apparently not for free. So there are multiple coffee machines around the business seating areas, but all turned off and the waiter followed me to a coffee machine and denied me to get a black coffee from then breakfast hall unless I would pay for a full breakfast. Instead I should order at the bar. Now the thing is, it really does not matter to pay few euros for a cop of coffee. But on the run and in such a hotel chain, it’s just silly not to offer it. I had just 10 minutes before me meeting so pretty inconvenient not offer these simple things.

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

Nice hotel overall but the very slow restaurant service let it down massively

Spacious room, nearness to everything

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms were nice. They had ac, a full bar, a pool table. The staff was small but you can tell they cared about how we felt during our stay!

The room was clean and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. However, when we arrived our beds didn’t have any sheets on them. After a quick call to reception the issue was resolved immediately, which we appreciated. As check-in was from 3:00 pm and we didn’t arrive until around 6:00 pm it was a little disappointing that the room hadn’t been fully prepared before our arrival.
