Property is very close to the airport . The restaurant stays open late and the staff is very friendly

All good.

The hotel was okay overall. It was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but it’s quite out of the way, so getting to and from attractions took more time than expected. There wasn’t anything particularly special or memorable about the property itself. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and any questions easy to deal with.

WE WERE VERY WELL SUPPORTED BY LAILA AND HER COLLEAGUES IN ALL OUR REQUESTS. THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. VERY GOOD BREAKFAST AND SECURE PARKING DIRECTED TO FOR OVERNIGHT STAY. ALL IN ALL WILL TRY AND COME BACK. THANKS

Beautiful

The room was clean and well set up, with good air conditioning. Breakfast had good options to choose from. The afternoon 2-6pm snacks were great too. Availability of coffee 24 hrs was a great touch! Overall a great experience. They do provide drinking water in the room, which is great too.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

We stayed in an 'annex' across the road from the main hotel. Whilst the entrance to the annex felt very uninviting, the room itself was perfectly acceptable. We had booked for 3 adults - there was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a small outside area which suited the one of us who is a smoker! The air conditioning was very welcome because there was a heatwave, nearing 40C. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate if not too elaborate. Would recommend and would stay there again. The location was good.
