Piers Island All inclusive Vacations

An excellent property! Transit is close by and plentiful. Small gym was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Apartment was modern and spotless. An easy future choice in a city FULL of options. Extra credit for the keypad entry, excellent communication, fab guidebook, and laundry in suite. We will be back!!

It was quite difficult to find and google maps has it in the wrong place so it is quite difficult to find. It’s about 25 minutes to downtown. There was a lot of security. It was pretty nice but rather small for the five of us. Sadly there were no neighbors in the other 3 properties on site. Parking would have been difficult if there were others but there weren’t. There were some cool features and it was quite modern. I especially liked the TV (I watched the Kara and Nate Canada train video!) However some main features like a towel hanging rack were not present. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Oh, and no blankets. I wanted to sleep on the couch but there weren’t blankets or sheets for me just pillows and comforters on the bed. That’s all!

Nothing but good on this property, and the fact that its neighbor is a french style coffee shop is a bonus. Central location to Granville Street and others makes it perfect for finding eateries and more. My only complaint is that you need to be tall to access the hotel safes. If they can do something about that .....

We needed to catch an early ferry from Horseshoe Bay, so staying in this clean and quiet hotel worked well for us. Nice to have so many dining options nearby, and a great view of the Vancouver waterfront from the top of the stairs for the ‘Q’ sign. Nice area to walk around, too.

Property is very nice. Loved the room and the pool and hot tub. Parking garage is very confusing and is a labyrinthine to get around in. Parking is different prices depending who you book the room with.

It was a very lovely hotel set in a wonderful location. The views were lovely from our room, from the lounge/bar and thye pool area. It was walkable to many shops, restaurants and to our cruise ship (literally around the corner). We took advantage of the luggage transfer to our ship which was complimentary with a suggested tip of $15 per bag. The only thing that I felt was disappointing was the line to access the elevators, especially during check-in time. There seemed to only be one area with elevators near the lobby from what I could see. It took about 10 minutes to get on the elevator due to the time of day. The value for the $$$ seemed worth it overall, especially with the views. However, I think if we were to visit Vancouver again we would stay somewhere less expensive, save some $$$ and spend it taking advantage of the restaurants and bars on the water.

Good location to food and convenience stores and cruise port.
