Top Notch place to stay, with a fully furnished suite including full kitchens and laundry facilities inside the room. Staff was friendly and helpful, and there is gated reserved parking underground. Convenient location and walkable to a lot of sites around downtown Vancouver. The room was incredibly large, with a full kitchen, multiple closets, and a nice patio outside that faced the alley, which was quieter than expected. Only one minor issue, which was the placement of the shampoo and soap dispensers inside the shower. They are placed against the Long side of the wall, which makes turning around in the shower an issue, as you constantly bumped into them. There is also a large rack at the top rear of the shower, which I hit my head on a few times when exiting the shower. Would be nice to have a larger well designed bathroom and shower instead of having three extra closet spaces. Not a dealbreaker, but a minor annoyance, none of which would deter me from staying there again.

Fantastic stay in Vancouver! We appreciated the easy process to check-in and a staff member was only a text away from any questions we had. They replied instantly and answered all our questions. Great property that was close to different areas of Vancouver that was a nice and safe neighborhood.

The property was very clean and always smelled good. They were very accommodating and responded quickly to our request/questions. Only thing is we stayed 5 nights and the trash cans for the unit were so tiny. But over all we loved it. Its a beautiful placed nestled in the worst area of Canada.

We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. The reason given was that the hotel security were unable to control the event. Very disappointed in what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel.

Pools were not available first night. Upsetting, but the room was nice, evening was nice. Just hot tub and pool were key down. First night and morning.
