Hawaii All inclusive Vacations

The village is massive, way more than expected. It overwhelmed me at first but honestly, the experience was magical. I would definitely stay there again and again. Perfect location. Beautiful resort. Everything there felt extravagant and tailored to the guest having a memorable time. Absolutely loved every moment.

My family loved the luau, pools, beach, and balcony off our room. The coffee shop and lanai were great for breakfast. Overall we had an excellent stay.

It’s a very nice place. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. A resort hotel should be 100% operational. The boats don’t work anymore. The tram only serves two sections of the hotel. The food options are limited and of low quality for the cost. A $50 plate of pasta should never arrive at a table cold. Lunch and dinner options are limited. Paying the price for a meal here should be remembered as amazing, not blah, blah, blah. The breakfast buffet is overpriced. The Luau was a great show, the food was pretty good. Standing in line in the heat for 45 minutes is ridiculous. Elderly people need places to sit in the line. Put some benches along the walkway. The lagoon was amazing. The prices for using water toys is ridiculous. Majority sat unused due to the high cost. Management were very attentive. Carter was especially helpful to address any concerns raised. The staff were very friendly and respectful.

Ocean view was excellent. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Only complaint was a large group there on a business trip locked up all of the pool side cabanas for days, and left most of them empty, most days. Seems there should be an occupancy rule or a limit to the number of cabanas that can be locked up…or limit the number of days in a row.

The staff are very friendly and the location is fabulous for closer access to the beach. They provide beach gear and towels. Fun and cute mid range hotel go the location.
