Very friendly front desk, valet and concierge staff. Concierge was very informative and helpful. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Provided lots of options and suggestions for local spots and things to do specific to our needs. Also helped book a cruise through them. Very clean room, amazing location.

The property itself was nice the room, the pool the common area clean nice. The staff is horrible namely Charles at your bar was the worse the dealers are bad no personality or fun to play with just straight face and not welcoming at all.

Great family hotel close enough to Disney and Seaworld. Great for our 3 and 2 year old to run around and have fun. Food at restaurants was good and fairly priced. Drinks were expensive, but it is a resort of course.

The Palace tower was beautiful. Our room had a great layout and beautiful esthetic. Views are scenic no matter which direction the room faces.
Breakfast buffet was delicious and bonus was that the kids under 12 had free breakfast if they were accompanied by an adult.
Pools were large and the kids enjoyed the water slides.
Loved walking around the property and exploring the landscape/sights, dolphins, ponds with sea creatures, getting a Dole Whip, etc.
The only unfortunate part was that we were only visiting the resort for one night so did not have enough time to see everything. Would love to come back!
