Check in was slow, cafe services was mediocre, no chairs available in pool area which was over crowed. Someone was able to bring there dog in and it went to the bathroom in the sand area.

The Palace tower was beautiful. Our room had a great layout and beautiful esthetic. Views are scenic no matter which direction the room faces. Breakfast buffet was delicious and bonus was that the kids under 12 had free breakfast if they were accompanied by an adult. Pools were large and the kids enjoyed the water slides. Loved walking around the property and exploring the landscape/sights, dolphins, ponds with sea creatures, getting a Dole Whip, etc. The only unfortunate part was that we were only visiting the resort for one night so did not have enough time to see everything. Would love to come back!

Very friendly front desk, valet and concierge staff. Concierge was very informative and helpful. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Provided lots of options and suggestions for local spots and things to do specific to our needs. Also helped book a cruise through them. Very clean room, amazing location.

Property was kept clean even with the storms that were going our first few days there. Staff kept the grounds clean of the tree debris and cleaned the pools out each morning. The rooms were clean, and they serviced the rooms daily(took out trash, made the beds, cleaned the bathroom, etc) Will stay here again on future trips to Hawaii!

This property is really great! The lobby area, available restaurants and amenities are top notch. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and very clean. We will return to this property for sure!

Loved our stay here. Off the busy strip but still had the big Vegas Casino hotel feel. The rooms were clean and spacious.
