The Palace tower was beautiful. Our room had a great layout and beautiful esthetic. Views are scenic no matter which direction the room faces.
Breakfast buffet was delicious and bonus was that the kids under 12 had free breakfast if they were accompanied by an adult.
Pools were large and the kids enjoyed the water slides.
Loved walking around the property and exploring the landscape/sights, dolphins, ponds with sea creatures, getting a Dole Whip, etc.
The only unfortunate part was that we were only visiting the resort for one night so did not have enough time to see everything. Would love to come back!

Very friendly front desk, valet and concierge staff. Concierge was very informative and helpful. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Provided lots of options and suggestions for local spots and things to do specific to our needs. Also helped book a cruise through them. Very clean room, amazing location.

Stayed at the W connected to Mandalay Bay. Calm, peaceful hotel but then on the flipside, quick access down a hallway to Mandalay Bay with all of the excitement. Mandalay Bay has an amazing pool.

I stayed in a standard room with two beds and the room is a good size and you don’t feel cramped. The casino is lively and clean. Good variety of food at a good price. There was construction going on and therefore it’s bit messy by the pool. We parked our RV overnight and security requires you advise them of your oversized vehicle. Security does a good job of monitoring the parking area. I had a good time and would book this property again.
