The front desk staff member who checked me in was extremely rude and unprofessional. Management should address this immediately with proper training on hospitality and guest relations, as her demeanor gave the impression that she dislikes her job.
The room itself was acceptable though outdated, but cleanliness was a major issue. The floors were very dirty and clearly had not been mopped. Just because a surface appears clean does not mean it meets hygiene standards. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on the hotel’s overall management and upkeep.
