Friendly people who gave us great recommendations! Enjoyed the on site cafe

Rooms were clean and spacious, staff at reception could not be more helpful, gave us directions on where to go etc, it was a pleasure staying there

The biggest standout that would make me want to come back again and again was the phenomenal staff! From our late night check-in to our morning checkout everyone was top tier. The breakfast was probably my favourite meal of my entire trip! Will be dreaming of coming back for that alone.

Our room (Reykjavik) was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel itself was well presented. We didn't get chance to use the bar or sample the food, but it looked really nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Walkable to both train and bus stations. Edinburgh Playhouse next door. Kahani for award winning curries. Room sizes varied depending which part of the hotel. Nice bathroom and amenities. Housekeeping is poor. Saw huge black cobweb on the ceiling. A dirty mop string on the floor by the bed. Other than these two noticeable details we’ve enjoyed our stay. Once before and again after our tour.

Might have been the smallest hotel bathroom I've ever had but the view from the bar made it all worthwhile!

Probably my favourite hotel in Glasgow. Friendly staff. Great drinks. Double height ceilings and period details give it a real lux feel. The rooms are on the right side of shabby chic but extremely comfortable. Great place to explore the West End from.
