The staff went out of their way to help us navigate the public transportation system. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome!! beautifully presented, unlimited options!

Great spa and good food for a couple of days.

I love everything about the hotel, the only concern for me is the lack of a window or balcony for fresh air.

Breakfast buffet was ok but not exciting. Quality was just ok but could be improved

Wonderful staff and service. The hotel was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do.

Convenient location near the station

The property was clean and well located. The breakfast food was very good. The food at lunch and dinner was not that great. I was served the daily dinner of fish and potatoes and the potatoes were not cooked. they offered me french fries instead but I did not want fried food. There was no concierge service or anyone behind the desk to offer any advice on what to do in Stockholm. The elevators were very overcrowded at Breakfast time. There were only three and one was out of service and one was so small it could only handle four people at a time comfortably.

Very nice location as it was minutes from the metro and the city center. Having the Westfield Mall next door was quite convenient as it offers lot of dining options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent position for everything

Location is unbeatable, very near metro station, and very walkable to most of the attractions. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
