I cannot recommend this hotel enough — our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by all the staff, who were always smiling, helpful, and incredibly polite. They truly went out of their way for us and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. The hotel has a beautiful private beach where staff greeted us with complimentary welcome drinks. There was also a 24-hour buggy service that took us to the mall, which was extremely convenient. Breakfast was included in our stay, and there were so many delicious options to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel — we will definitely be back!

The staff was phenomenal - kind and super considerate.

I stayed here for a week in September 2025. The hotel is not yet fully complete, and there were numerous issues. They were working on the outside facade at night, which was noisy. My bathroom flooded, so I had to change rooms. The lifts announced the wrong floor when you got to them. Even though it is not yet fully completed, I doubt I would stay here again when it is complete.

Excellent service, location and great hotel.

The property is not bad, but some people in the reception is not good is not friendly. Even the other thing is good. I had some problem. I told him I’m gonna extend it. They say no we can’t extend it and anyway I told them I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock. Can you give me permission for that? Just one hour after 1 o’clock? That’s the night I was talking to the person he was so bad he was so rude he make me like so mad so in the morning I column early I told him I have family. I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock if you can please we have to take my stuff something like that she said no it’s not legal so I told him I was in Azdan Hotel I spoke with them like what I spoke with you guys they said okay there’s no problem. Take one hour more after 1 o’clock so that make me so mad. Make me. I don’t know what should I say
