First time ever in Copenhagen, and I can tell you was the best, the hotel and the staff were awesome!. I book a double room and we got a gorgeous room with a bay view, the view we have was beautiful, got the opera of Copenhagen building, the bay, gorgeous sunrise. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed. Bathroom had a good size. And you can’t beat the location, just to blocks away from the amalienborg palace. Honestly the only one downside I found is the small size for the lift, besides that it’s the best! I’m surely coming back because I still have lots of things to do and learn from there.

Easy access to metro. Clean with great amenities. Easy self check-in / check-out. Great rooftop amenities.

Check in and check out were automated so only interaction was with the bar staff. Clean, practical rooms aimed at corporate clients. Excessive charge to use swimming pool. Good location next to the water on the outskirts of town but easily walkable.

Amazing breakfast with healthy homemade options. Good central location and staff were really great. Aircon not great so room got very hot. Could not leave window open due to scaffolding outside. A sauna would have been welcome but overall good hotel. Thank you

Clean room, we had a small problem on day 1 about sink not draining .. we called for service and they were there in minutes and fixed the issue… Everyday we came back to a clean room, fresh towels and an ambience so inviting you can sleep like a baby. Bed was firm (good firm, not stiff) , pillows were plenty and all soft.. Breakfast was delicious…. Fresh and lots of variety… Location: quiet neighborhood, lots of places are walking distance … easy to get Uber or Taxi If all NH Collections are like this one in Copenhagen, NH Collection will be my first choice when I travel. Lastly, when we asked for assistance with our luggage (my husbands back was hurting), they came exactly at the time we requested, eager to help and had a pleasant smile. I should gotten his name but I didn’t. He was awesome

The hotel is outstanding in many ways, conditions, service and restaurants. A significant benefit is the location for walking and access to public transit to explore the area. The Rose Rose restaurant in the hotel receives high marks for food selection and quality. I would certainly recommend this hotel as well as return stay on future visits.

The hotel bar and restaurant were good. The rooms are clean but average. Pillows on bed were too soft and uncomfortable.
