Sint Maarten Adventure Vacations

This was a clean place to stay all staff was polite and courteous and pleasant to see every morning. I would definitely recommend this resort to all my friends and family.

Beautiful and great location. Food and drinks were pricey

I got the all inclusive package which was semi inclusive instead. I had to sign receipts every meal, every drink, every snack. The point of all inclusive is to not have any worries of what’s included or not. We had ants in our bed and was told by an employee at the desk that’s Carribean they are everywhere. Ma’am I didn’t pay to sleep on ants or with ants. They changed our room. Still ants in one small restroom. We just stayed in one room and one bathroom. Some staff was rude. I heard a few other customers complain about customer service as well. We come to resorts to relax and enjoy. That’s why we pay top dollar. We had little relaxation and enjoyment in our room/ resort. I’ve stayed at a Divi resort brand in Aruba. Perfect stay with outstanding customer service. Oh one night at my stay in Divi St Maarten, one of the included restaurants in the inclusive was closed for a big party of ppl who were not guests. We were told the employees didn’t know and we as guests couldn’t use the restaurant that night????? What??? It’s in the inclusive package. So many rules on the inclusive package. Ridiculous. In Aruba I could stay in my resort and enjoy all the amenities. All inclusive. Entertainment. That’s how nice it is in Aruba. Please take all the pages from the resort Tamarijn Divi in Aruba. Use that staff to train. Make the entire resort all inclusive. Do away with receipts to sign for all inclusive. Frequent extermination, check for bugs, extensive customer service training,
