気になった点 : スタッフとサービス
The resort is decent, the hours of operation should be longer in my opinion the swim up bar by the pool closes at 5pm the pool closes at 7pm the buffet close at 10 pm everything else close at 11pm if you get hungry at night after going out there will be nothing to eat. The food is okay. Now let’s get into the rooms the shower heads are horrible the water smelled so bad we had to open the patio door to air out the room. The water has irritated my skin. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. I often felt brushed off by the staff while they waited on others. I felt a lil bit of racism. I stayed at divi for 3 nights i paid my hotel in full on Feb 9th however when i got there they said i had a balance. When i told them i didn’t they went to the back came out agin didn’t say anything and proceeded to check me in. The next day my card was charged $1,397 it was declined so they charged it an additional 2 times i spoke with the front desk about it but didn’t get real answers as to why they don’t see the full payment paid in Feb. when i left st Martin they charged my card again leaving me with a negative balance. I had all prof that i paid in advance and i was never given an apology i had to wait a week for a refund. The customer service rep that i spoke to was very kind and attentive.
