The location was great, right on the beach and the water was clear and lovely to swim in. The air conditioning in our unit was unreliable and kept cutting out. Drinking water was not provided in the rooms and there were no fill (water) stations on the resort forcing guests to purchase water to stay hydrated. The room and food were adequate and overall the staff were friendly.

Excellent location and views. Aged property but clean. Needs additional types of beverage choices ( IPA BEER). We were mobile enough to climb several flights of stairs but nothing was mentioned about NO elevators. Others could be very surprised.

The staff was very slow, except for housekeeping. They were great. restaurants took forever to get your order taken. All the good ones were closed for renovation. The beaches were great, excellent. The staff on the beach was good. great with getting your umbrella set up for you. But the people at restaurant and bars were very slow

The property is very big and beautiful, some areas needed a bit of attention like the pool lounge chairs with cleaning etc, I loved that it had more than one pools, Restaurants and activities as long as the time permits...the staff are friendly, especially Eline at the front desk and Eddy the Bellman...the view from the room was spectacular, I wanted to be off the ground floor, but next time...I will stay there again in the future.

Beautiful location, amazing beach. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue was when we booked we didn’t realize it was low season so not all restaurants were available. Dinner buffet not offered, unable to book a scuba dive at the property etc. These unable services should have been made known to us by the hotel prior to booking or prior to arrival. Golf cart service offered which was helpful for guests with mobility issues. I would stay here again.
