Excellent hotel in great location in Nice. Just off the main shopping street, 5 minute walk to train station. Lots of nice restaurants near by. Only 10 minute walk to promenade. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast - best one for choice I have had abroad. Lovely pool and bar area on roof top with fantastic views.

Really lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and willing to sort out any issues. The wifi was down when we stayed but they sorted out an alternative. Extra nice touches like the water bottles that you could filed with fresh cold water and take to your room and chocolates left on your bed. Very easy to hop on a bus or a tram down to the centre or you can walk for about 15-20 mins instead. Very good value for our stay.

Good location close to a couple great restaurants. A/c works well. Staff tries but doesn’t always get job done. Water in shower wouldn’t drain and told them about it and was not fixed. Was not able to take a shower after touring and before checking out the next day. Also had the shower door come off and on me when showering. Wasn’t hurt but not what is expected from a “4 star” property.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing location, staff was attentive, but requests were forgotten a couple of times resulting in multiple calls. AC didn’t work and supposedly we had a maintenance visit scheduled but no one ever came. Oh, well. House cleaning was top-notch. Even with a few hiccups we would probably stay here again. Recommend Rivoli rooms as they are perhaps a bit more modern.
