Upon arrival there was a 2 hour delay from when we could check in to when we got our room. We ended up getting a room which was already occupied and had to be re roomed twice. Receptionists Khalid and Wafae were rude and unhelpful. They offered no apology and said speak to the manager. I could not get hold of the manager for the duration of my stay. The resst of the facilities were good. Food was average but plenty. The pools were good.

Decent place but it is far from the Medina. Place was a bit dated. Limited menu for dinner , no alcohol served. Staff was nice.

Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing.

"I liked the property but unfortunately, there was building works going on in the room next to us so there was a lot of noise and we could not relax in the room during the day. There were a few flies in the restaurant and on the food."
