Hotel Diplomat remains one of the best locations in Stockholm. The staff could not be more accommodating or helpful in every way. I love staying here. However, the hotel is in need of a remodel - some wear and tear that is starting to come through in the entire experience.

The hotel was typical of the high standards I've come to expect from Hilton. The room/bed were extremely comfortable and the location, within a short walking distance of Gamla Stan and the ferry port, cannot be better. When I return to Stockholm, I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious, with a good bed and nice balcony. Close to public transport for easy access to the city and sightseeing destinations. Welcoming staff and smooth check-in was great. Only issue is the curtains are not proper block-out, so an eye mask is necessary in spring-summer if you need.

It's a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel with great service in great location

Good location Easy check in and out You get what you pay for Cheap for a reason Shower ….. good luck Toilets …. Ok Common room to cook and eat - I honestly don’t think that the sink emptied in 6 hours Again….. safe , secure for single people…. I’m male …. Mid 60’s from CANADA No complaints overall Stayed 2 nites Supermarket literally across the street No drinking in hotel …. Put in water bottle…. 🇨🇦❤️🙏
