Spot less nice staff

The hotel itself is beautiful especially from the outside. Checking in is smooth. Location is closer to train station. Did not get the chance to try the spa and gym. Did not try the food as well. Outside the hotel, there are fast food and small supermarket nearby if you want to grab some food and snacks. The issue I have got is the water pressure in the shower, slow flow but manageable. There is a small kettle provided for teas and coffee, temperamental kettle. Otherwise all okay.

The staff was amazing, the room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. I would definitely return if I had another stopover in Amsterdam.

Clean and modern room. Friendly staff. Access to CNN international on the TV would have been great.

I don’t write reviews…But for the Waldorf Astoria in Amsterdam I will. They were perfect. Honestly. In the business and did not want to leave. The service was spot on. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Due to our room not being ready for check in the staff went out their way to provide a room upgrade to apologise before we had a chance to say anything. It was very thoughtful and brilliant customer experience.

We had a wonderful stay, rooms were super clean, warm and comfortable. The location is ideal and the staff were super friendly. Rob at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! Definitely recommend!
