Quiet, well-maintained hotel very close to S Bahn. I would stay again. Breakfast was very good. The fan provided in this very hot weather was quite noisy.

Quaint German Hotel. Great restaurant. We had a fantastic dinner the night of check-in. Unfortunately, we did not stay as we encountered what looked like cockroaches in our room and when we approached the front desk were told "they are not cockroaches" "they are wood bugs from the garden". In this day and age with the internet giving identification capabilities instantly I read "cockroach" and was on the way out. The girl at the front desk then gave me a room in the front of the Hotel w/o a "Garden Room" window. This room had been smoked in and with my asthmatic condition I could not stay especially when I found the same bugs under my nightstand. Come to find out (when I got back stateside) these are Ectobius vittiventris. the Amber Wood Cockroach, Amber Forest Cockroach, or Garden Cockroach. Which are not a storage pest, and completely harmless to humans as they feed only on decomposing plant. Without window screens and no A/C they will be there. I went back the next morning (after finding a great clean bugless hotel at midnight a short drive away) asking for a refund and was summarily dismissed and denied. I did not stay in the Hotel nor eat the "great breakfast" I paid for. Had the management (very combatant) not been insistent the bugs were not cockroaches; and better informed me, I would have stayed and not lost close to a thousand dollars!

My stay was for one night as I was in route to Zurich. However, I’d stay at this hotel again anytime, especially because of the amazing staff at the front desk. I had the pleasure of being assisted by both Alex and Luis whom both provided knowledgeable intel about the surroundings of the area, and even where to shop for good quality souvenirs. To Alex and Luis, thank you very much for all your help and guidance. The entire property, or at least the areas visited, were nicely cleaned and modernized.

Beautiful hotel in Munich! Staff were great and bring luggage to the room for you. Perfect location for walking to the major tourist sights in Munich

A quiet five star hotel just the right distance from downtown Munich. The spa was great and we arrived at 7:30am from a night train and had full exclusive use of it to freshen-up and feel human again. Little treats in the room and a great balcony.

Nice hotel in a good neighborhood with Clean rooms. Our only issue was with the pillows which were very big and not very comfortable( at least for us) Parking was available for a fee (I think it was around 20 euro per night) All in all, we were satisfied with our stay

Awful bedsheets, helpful staff

Had issue with housekeeping. Getting room clean. Was surprised as this wads the 3rd stay in 12 months. We are already booked for Christmas because of convenience and a decent place. Now I am thinking of changing hotels for next visit
