The staff was wonderful. My kitchen was dirty and the room was pretty outdated

Room was clean with housekeeping daily. Free water, tea and coffee in the room but stocking those items daily was inconsistent. Sometimes no coffee, sometimes no cups for coffee. Room phone did not work so we usually had to find someone working down the hall for supplies. Difficult getting a lounge or umbrella by the pool until we got there for 7:30am. Staff in all areas of the hotel are outstanding! Prices in the hotel restaurants were super expensive, and local restaurants close around 4:00 when the cruise ships leave. McDonald’s is open late, also sushi. Smugglers is great for Breakfast and lunch and Oku sushi, both across the street. Beautiful weather, and restful around the pool and beach. Meals were the only real issue.

Room was spotless, service was great. The whole vibe is very relaxing. Oia was delicious. Likely the most enjoyable meals we had during our stay and we ate 3 nights off the property. Will be back!

The studio with ocean view was very roomy, well appointed, with a great view. It just needed a few more shelves or drawers fo be perfect. The different restaurant’s were a bit pricy, but very good food and service. The pools and landscaping were outstanding. The location, downtown, is very walkable for souvenir shopping and self touring.
