Polynesia Adventure Vacations

Very granduer property, very clean and helpful staff. Property is a bit dated but has spectacular views and quiet . Perfect place to stay if you are flying out of Ciampino.

Good price hotel for the smart location. Lift to the rooms was very slow. Room was nice but the en-suite had a design fault. The wall between the bedroom and en-suite was patterned glass but you could see right through the glass, so no privacy when using the bathroom! No coffee making facilities in the room either but you could buy coffee in the lobby area which was expensive . However the shower was excellent and the room was quiet.

Clean room with extra space, slippers for each person provided, conveniently located for sightseeing and shops but we hardly heard any street noise throughout the night. Got a 20% discount card at the restaurant downstairs, which we used for a late-night last dinner before our departure. Thank you! Just be aware that there are some regulations for pick-ups/drop-offs by taxi/Ubers during the day right in front of the hotel entrance and you may have to shift just a little bit for them. Had a wonderful time with hotel staff’s great assistance (in English). We’ll come back. Highly recommended.

We were expecting a much better room. The room seems outdated, the bedding was really uncomfortable and not cozy. Pillows were uncomfortable and we have to ask for more pillows. The sofa bed where my son slept, was dirty and we had to ask for additional clean sheets and blankets. The hallways looked like a hospital and just felt not cozy at all. The staff is amazing and very friendly.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The location is fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was larger than most others in New York City. And we had a floor to ceiling window! I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great. It was hard for me to find but that was because the taxi driver said he couldn’t go o down the street but that wasn’t true the entrance was on the side. The staff was very kind and helpful. I stayed in the junior suite
