Everything was perfect.

The most impactful asset of this hotel is the staff. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. As a new hotel, they have a few tweaks to make: for example, it would be helpful to have a copy of the room service menu in each room. Based on the excellence of the staff, though, I am confident they will work out these minor issues.

I would say this is a 3 star hotel. The lobby is the nicest part, otherwise it’s quite old looking, especially the rooms. I think the pictures make it look much better than in person. The raised seating area/ bar by the lobby is nice and the staff there were lovely too. Overall I’d say it’s pretty basic but the location is GREAT!

We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent

Staff incredible- every single person! They are happy people. Spotless Everyone was attentive and cared. 10/10 would recommend. Would stay again!

Great staff, great room with personalized touches, great food at restaurants, small gym and no spa on site. Fabulous hotel, would return!

The valet was fast and professional, the room was clean, the staff are very helpful. I would definitely stay again!

One elevador did not work and they took a while to fix it…

This hotel is not cheap, double the price to others in the area - and in comparation to other hotels, has nothing else to offer beside being next to the beach. The majority of others hotels' breakfast is included for free. Here it is not, and do not even ask for coffee, it's better to go to a deli 4 block away (faster) The king room is very small. :(
