The hotel has a nice retro style and everything is clean and very well taken care of. I really liked the old-fashioned and well-working elevator. The room and bathroom are pretty small, but clean too. There was a problem with a leaking water from the shower cabin, but otherwise everything else was good. The shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel were of a very good quality, such that I decided to find it online and order it. The breakfast was excellent. So many good options. Different types of cheese and cold cuts, hot food, fresh croissants and baguette. Different varieties of good quality tea and very modern coffee machine.

just genuinely the most amazing stay i’ve ever had. the staff are so helpful and lovely. the room, spa, amenities, atmosphere was phenomenal. i miss the hotel so much already, thank you all so much for making my experience 10/10!!!!!

This hotel is scheduled for renovation in October. We found the hotel lacked in cleanliness and showed significant wear and tear (our room and elsewhere), We weren’t notified of the state of the hotel and found we spent a lot more than the value of the hotel. No restaurant. Small odd bar. Room was extremely tired and worn. I would have never stayed at this hotel had I known of the furture Reno.

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful however this hotel did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The hallway was very dimmed with few lights turning on when walking to your room from the elevator. There was no mini refrigerator or coffee machine in the room as you would expect from a 4 star hotels. There were 2 water bottles on the little table in the room and a safe. The shower doors very poorly installed and no matter what you do water was spilling out from the shower stall to the bathroom floor. The underground garage was good however the exit required assistance as only one door was opening automatically while the second required staff assistance ether through intercom or physically by scanning the staff’s badge. The breakfast location at the restaurant was fine however breakfast selection was extremely limited in comparison to other 4 star hotels. This hotel definitely felt as 3 stars the most and I would be hesitant to stay there again.
