Business hotel and very good at that sort of stay indeed. A bit far from central Munich but walk to S-Bahn easy with nearby shopping. Friendly and efficient staff.

The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff.

The lobby staff, bar staff and the staff during breakfast provided great service. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Great location in old town area, I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel.

This was a very nice property, the rooms were clean and the service, from the moment we arrived was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic but you will pay 45 euros if you don’t get the room package.

Our room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests. The breakfast was great with a large selection of fresh, local foods. The bar area was nice and we met some other fellow travelers and had good conversations and drinks. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed our time in Munich.

This hotel is in an excellent location to reach city center and the central train station. Staff were very friendly and we were able to drop off our luggage until check in at 3pm. Spacious lobby with lots of seating and an elevator right beside the counter. The double room was very comfortable; soft bedding, a closet, a mini fridge, a long desk and bench, as well as a great sized bathroom. Towels and bedsheets are changed everyday unless you put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign. The room also had air conditioning if you prefer not to open the windows.
