Highly recommend this hotel. The most unbelievably incredible view of the alps and Lake Thun (make sure you book a balcony room).
Wonderful breakfast included (not just continental). Sauna, steam room wellness spa on premises. Friendly people, and cute mountain town; just about 15 minutes from Interlaken. Loved this hotel, we returned and booked another night after some traveling around the area.

During my stay at the hotel, I noticed a few areas where improvements could be made. First the staff was incredibly helpful and very polite. Updating the rooms some would be beneficial, and a bit more attention to cleanliness would be appreciated. Additionally, I observed some flies in the buffet area, which ideally should not be present. Overall, the stay was good.
