Highly recommend this hotel. The most unbelievably incredible view of the alps and Lake Thun (make sure you book a balcony room). Wonderful breakfast included (not just continental). Sauna, steam room wellness spa on premises. Friendly people, and cute mountain town; just about 15 minutes from Interlaken. Loved this hotel, we returned and booked another night after some traveling around the area.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff

Someone came to the property while we were inside asking to take photos, it was unacceptable, the day of check out at 9am a lady speaking German opened our door while my wife was showering and got into the apartment without our authorization, I requested to check out at noon and they were charging me $50 dollars for two ours. Too aggressive the host.

This hotel is AMAZING! Open the door to your room and see the glorious lake in its glory! Staff is perfect period. Everyone at the hotel is helpful and friendly. We use the hotel electric water pedal catamaran. Which was included in our stay. Walk everywhere from there. We are definitely coming back! One of the best experiences ever. Simple hotel with everything you need. Right across the street from the main train station. So it is convenient and right on Bahnhofstraße with easy access to everything.
