Check in was very slow. They blamed staffing shortages, but room was nice. Food and drink was extremely overpriced, even by notoriously expensive Swiss standards. I’ve traveled throughout Switzerland for 5 years. It was high. So stay away from the hotel restaurant and you’ll be ok

The room was so lovely and cosy and the bed was the ultimate in comfort. Everyone we spoke to on the staff were so helpful and friendly. The lobby felt so festive too. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay
