Could not open the windows. The room was very hot even with the cooler and a big metal fan running all the time. The consept of the hotel is nice, but the heated room ruined the sleep.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité pour visiter Helsinki. L'endroit était accueillant, tranquille et propre. La cuisine était bien équipée et les indications claires. Les réponses ont été obtenues rapidement lorsque nous avons eu des questionnements pour activer le laveuse.

The staff was great, especially Faye, who helped us with bus and train schedule. The staff also accommodated us by checking us in early as we arrived at the Clarion long before our check in time. We were very appreciative of that. I would definitely stay there again
And recommend it to anyone needing somewhere nice to stay. Breakfast was ok.my only issue is the cleaning staff did not clean our rooms on the second day. Overall everything else was great. Thanks Clarion the day and afternoon front desk staff, great customer service.
