The hotel is older, if mid century modern is your thing you're gonna love this place, but probably the best view in the city. I recommend upgrading to the executive level as champagne is served all day. Spa services are a little shaky, but you pay for what you get. I opted to go over to sauna world instead well worth the money and more enjoyable.

Central location, reception area smelt wonderful and room was ready upon our arrival which was an added bonus. All the staff at the hotel were lovely and the little added touches like a drinks token and free Czech fudge, made it extra special. Would recommend to anyone visiting Prague.

We stayed for 6 nights, the hotel Roma is in a brilliant position, easy access to Prague 1 Old Town and Charles bridge and the castle. The tram stops opposite the hotel, making journeys to and from the airport very easy as well as accessing the surrounding district. Nice bar and reception area, we loved it and will use again if when we return

Hotel is very old , needs remodeling.
Bathroom , bedroom very basic. .sink in the bathroom is not working well.
Breakfast, no water no milk , very little food at 9 am , even breakfast is up to 10 am.
Not sure how it is 5 star hotel .
Location is the only good thing about the hotel .

"Nice hotel, I had a comfortable stay. Very convenient to access the conference center and subway line. Breakfast is great and totally worth it. I was charged extra for access to the pool which felt absurd for a 5-star hotel - apparently it applies to reservations made through hotels.com."
