9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
Although advertised as a 5-star hotel, my experience felt closer to a 3-star standard. The property looks dated, with very limited amenities, and the staff were not flexible. It appears to need significant renovation to meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. I stayed only one night and arrived late, so my observations are limited, but these were my overall impressions.

Clean room and hotel. Very spacious. Staff were kind and very helpful.
However, the area around the hotel was not the best / did not feel safe / streets were also quite dirty. We had to taxi to and from on evenings. I would not stay here again or recommend because of this.
