The staff was super helpful and courteous, breakfast was amazing, the only thing was not at the right level, was the bed. Honestly the bed was super soft and uncomfortable. I would come back, considering the nice location and the facilities.

Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

Had a refurbished room and I must say it was beautiful really redeemed themselves and i would happily stay again i had no issues i did forget to take a picture of the review sheet so writing one on here instead keep up the good work
