Location is perfect. The room was clean and beds comfortable. However our room wasn’t ready when it was check in time. The cleaner was still there and couldn’t communicate with either English or Finnish. Finally using google translate found out it would take another hour to get the room ready for us. However even with that I would definitely stay there again.

TV in the room was broken, they said it will be fix the next day and it was still not fixed, Laundry was broken.

Easily one of the best breakfasts I've ever experienced at a hotel - lots of choice, including vegetarian and vegan options (spicy chickpeas and the wee yoghurt berry pots in particular). Room - fabulous shower, robes and slippers are a nice touch but seemingly aimed at the smaller sized guest. Air con is great and quiet enough for an insomniac. Our room faced onto the main road, and while you could hear the trams rumbling past (and one football parade) it didn't affect our enjoyment or more importantly our sleep. The TV is the same size as one you'll find in a good Singaporean hotel; some local channels, one German, one French and bizarrely some British telly too. One of the channels is essentially a lite version of HBO Max.

The staff was terrific. They custom made our breakfast when we had to leave early. If you’re going to Helsinki this is the place to stay!

Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice to have a Sauna on property.
