Great location, very friendly staff, good room, breakfast not great

I stayed for one night and arrived late, so the hotel was quiet. Check-in was quick and efficient. Reaching the room took a while because the layout feels like a maze. When I arrived, the key did not work. I returned to reception and was told it was a known issue, and that it was easier to switch rooms than fix the lock. I was moved to a different room and made the same long walk back. The room was comfortable and the bed was good, but something in the bathroom dripped through the night which made it harder to get to sleep. Overall the stay was fine, but it did not feel like a four-star standard.

A lovely hotel. Very professional- suitable for business stays - but also lovely family vibe. Customer care is particularly strong.

No problem with the room and staff very friendly Just slightly noisy that’s all I can say
