Nevada Adventure Vacations

They had an active water leak from the ceiling, I received a room change whoich at first I didn't want because I was tired and just wanted to sleep, however I changed my mind when the plumber came right away and removed the huge ceiling vents. I didn't want to risk breathing in whatever was in that vent, but the female at the front desk got annoyed and told me she had no room available when she had sent the new room key with the bellhop 2 minutes prior ( I had sent the new keys back since I was too tired to move), so this woman at the front desk stated I refused to move earlier so therefore she no longer had a room. I let her know that I would accept the room she alloted earlier, to which she insisted I could no longer get. I had to firmly state " when the bellhop comes back to the front desk with the keys to room 24.. to send those same keys back because the bellhop just left the room and could not have gotten back to the main floor from the19th floor so quickly". We moved to the next room, then later on prior to going out, mid-shower, after soaping up with bathgel the water stopped flowing from the shower head. I called the front desk to let them know. I made sure I stayed calm and went out from the hotel hoping the water issue would be resolved before I returned, god knows I didn't want to move my suitcases again.

No coffee is rooms. And things are so expensive. $12 for a bottle of water.

The first room I stayed in had really loud sounds going on the floor above me. It sounded like a bunch of service carts moving around all night long. Not sure why someone would have a room right next to all of that. Had to switch my room the next day

It was the last night of our trip in Vegas, we checked in late at around 10pm, and we were extremely lucky that we got a free room upgrade. The front desk lady told us that due to the busyness, the type of room we booked originally is gone, so we've been upgraded to the Luxury two bedroom suite, which I believe that is the best hotel room they have, and is also the best experience I've had so far. I would recommend the Red Rock is not because the luxury suite, I have stayed 4 nights on the STRIP during this trip to Vegas, I don't see a huge difference between the Red Rock and the ones on the STRIP. Although the location is not within the main areas and may be a problem if you don't have a car( about 20mins drive to the STRIP), but it is still a 5-star hotel. The casino is not that crowded comparing to other ones, if you prefer to have some quietness. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Very clean and good service

This was my first time at The Mandalay ! so many things to see, the room was spotless, service and check in/out was seamless. I'll be back!
