A comfortable accommodation choice for an overnight stay. Helpful staff and clean rooms. We stayed two different nights on transit - more attention is needed on their bathroom showers. They take forever to heat up and the shower heads are in need to upgrade.

We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉
