Location was excellent. Beds were really comfortable and room was very spacious

Staff were amazing and always helpful. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was totally adequate. Hotel was in a great location for walking around sightseeing and accessing transit options. We would stay again, suited us perfectly.

The room was comfortable, but we expected more based on the photos on the website. There were also some stains on the bedcover, which was disappointing. In addition, the internet connection was very poor, which is not ideal if you're traveling for work.

Staff and location stood out the most for us , as well as the size of the rooms, Angus and Tina were amazing. They were very helpful always pleasant, always supportive and did everything they could to make it a pleasant stay. when I had some maintenance required. It was done within a few hours and the location being by the green Square train station was perfect.

Awesome location, room and pool were good. Fridge was dirty as was floor throughout apartment on tiles and carpet. Apartment only set up for 2 people for a 2 bedroom apartment, Plates and utensils light on. Overall good stay and very central to cbd, but room needed a good deep clean.

Clean room, friendly staff and close to beach

Spacious and roomy with a little kitchenette. Location was great grocery store right across the street. They kept our luggage for us after we checked out for a few hours.

Great rooms, staff super helpful

Beautiful staff at both check-in and check-out + very cool view overlooking Central Station. Some issues with the cleanliness of the bed and bathroom, but didn't impact our one-night stay. Great short-term accommodation!
