Zero complaints. The condo was far beyond my expectations. It was spotless and had all needed essentials. The resort itself was beautiful and the water park was excellent and never crowded or loud. Entire resort was very clean. The pools were huge and free of any trash, extremely clean. Seriously have zero complaints. Absolutely will be back.

Rooms were cleaned later in the day, allowing you to sleep in without interruptions. The cleaning staff was very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The spa was accessible, but the hot tub was cold. They have a good variety of fitness classes. I highly recommend attending Yoga with Lauren. The Zumba class ended up being fun, but the instructor seemed to be in a bad mood at the start of the class. I was almost discouraged from going to the class because of this non-welcoming aura. However, all the other spa staff were very accommodating and sincere. The pool area is really nice. They have music playing, volleyball nets, a slide, lazy pool and two sizeable pools. Be aware that the poolside bar closes early (5pm at the time of my stay) on Fridays. In the courtyards, the old pools have been replaced with shaded turf, which is really nice for various types of events or simply having a space for kids to run around. Restaurant menu items average about $20. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay again, but I probably would not attend the Zumba class again to avoid that unpleasant interaction.

We just wrapped up a two-day stay at Great Wolf Lodge, and honestly, it was one of the most vibrant experiences we’ve had in Niagara Falls. The standout feature was the open property—the layout is just fantastic, offering a sense of freedom as you move around. Our room was a bit of a trek from the lobby—it required a long walk through a corridor—but that was really the only drawback. The water park was a total blast—our kid was in heaven. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment, but the service stood out. Staff were always around, super friendly, and quick to help, even when the place was buzzing late at night. The whole property felt alive—no matter the hour, people were out, whether in the lobby or just wandering around the grounds. This was probably our 10th or 15th visit to Niagara Falls, but it was our first time staying here—and we’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a dynamic, always-awake resort in Niagara, this is it.

Best view, great room, clean and spacious! Walking distance to everything you want to do in Niagara! Will stay again!

Convenient to Disney. We were in building 1, and we could see they made bid efforts for noise reduction, however it is still not enough. If you stay avoid building 1. Pool and splash pad were fun. Bracelet policy for them is a little over the top, not that much fun that outsiders are going to sneak in.
