Unfortunately the hotel chain was undergoing a strike so staff was minimal (albeit very helpful). The room was ok after a paid upgrade. Heater did not work and typical bathroom amenities were not present. Breakfast was great. Dinner was disappointing. One dish and dessert for fixed price of NOK 31. Instead of a full buffet. The hotel is in the suburbs but the tram to town was great. Be aware that there is about a 1/2 km walk to the station from the hotel.

Perfect location, beautiful rooms and wonderful breakfast. The staff was very helpful, too!

Both breakfast and the dining area are fantastic. Staff are friendly and warm. The location is close to many shops and bus stops.

Staff was friendly and polite. The strike by hotel workers has impacted the service the hotel provided. Room was clean but small. The one issue we had was the smell of aircraft exhaust in the room and hallways whenever a jet was leaving the gates on that side of the terminal.

Best hotel in Bergen by far! Loved the location. Even more stunning in person.
