Berchtesgaden Alps Ski Vacations

The hotel has no amenities as far as I could tell in spite of a resort fee tacked onto the bill. The rooms are bare. No pictures, no information. No shower door so the bathroom floor gets wet. There were two bottles of Fiji water in the room upon arrival, and a small empty fridge. No coffee pot in the room, nor cups or glasses. No water or ice available. It took 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee in the cafe. The elevators are slow. Several floors and the rooftop are accessible although they are under construction still. The room doors shut loudly and you can hear traffic on the expressway bridge near by. My harbor view room faced a warehouse that was right across the street. That “harbor view” is not real.

Great location. Spacious rooms. The suite was excellent for having others in. The only negative was that there were some dirty upholstery and frayed carpet.

Just perfect! Staff was so nice. The only thing I change is the coffee in the restaurant. It’s absolutely horrible and they don’t have any other milks or flavors for their lattes other than that it was perfect.!

Hotel Room was a distance to the parking structure.

Sports booking area rug was cleaned while I was sitting there around 9:00pm. Should have been done later at night when not busy. Room was entered when I was inside, by the mini bar attendant Room was entered again when the due not disturb light was on Pool doesn't open till 10:00 and closes at 6:00 Charge to have mini bar removed from room Fridge full of drinks you are charged for if you remove to make room for personal food Can pay for another fridge
