Customer service is in a league of its own, the staff are all happy, professional and welcoming, from the reception staff to the staff working in the bistro.
Great location and easy to get around. The rooms are starting to show their age though, especially the bathrooms, however great hotel and will definitely come back.

A very cool hotel in a great location, right on the waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well appointed room, AMAZING gym, great bar, cafe and restaurant. Sadly we didn’t have time to experience the spa but it looked lovely! We would definitely stay again :).

Front desk staff placed many others in rooms ahead of us in spite of early checkin on the reservation. House keeping missed cleaning my room one day, and poorly cleaned it on another day. The concierge and bellman were very accommodating. I would not stay here again.
