No service for bringing bags to and from the rooms. Super late check-in 3pm. All flights arrive to Guam in the early am and hotel obviously knows this. Nice view and beautiful beach.

Great place! Great Waterpark! Great Breakfast Buffet! Housekeeping helped out when we called late in the night!

I always choose to come back to Rhiga whenever I have the chance. Although it may be older than many hotels, the staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is very peaceful. I’ve never had any issues except when the door was being opened at 8am after one knock by the staff lol which im sure must have been a small mistake.

My room is always the best - plenty of space, clean, well stocked with coffee & such, and a beautiful view.

The gentleman at check in was great. The female at checkout was terrible.

We stay here often, but had issues with the water heater for our room.

The spaciousness of the room as well as its cleanliness. Being it’s a golf resort and the clubhouse was in a separate building, there was little to no foot traffic and minimal noise. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was not operational which attributed to the 4-star rating.

Just my room is too dark from the elevators.
