The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left.
One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay.
Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it.

Clean spacious room, upgraded to a king to allow early check in, excellent helpful staff. 10 minute easy walk to south bank with many restaurants and bars and beautiful walks. Other direction to shopping malls with everything you needed.
