Everything about the property was excellent — clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, with a great atmosphere and attentive service. The only small detail worth noting is that there was no hair balsam/conditioner provided. Other than that, the stay was truly perfect.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms are well-appointed with excellent sheets, pillows, and towels.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Breakfast menú Can be better, dinner is a lot of sea food. Can vary in different and International foods also. Yooma Can do better in food quality. Room clean service is no Good . They really does not clean that Good . We Stayed for 11 days and I dont think they changed our sheets and pillow covers. Floor and under bed are not Good cleaned.

Convenient location for Eurostar and access to centre but immediate area run down and walk ways hazardous due to construction. Room was very comfortable and quiet.
