The room was spotless and the staff was helpful and friendly and the location was excellent for walking around and very close to the beach.

Room we stayed in was a bit tired looking. Not always clean around certain areas. Staff not very engaging and not always friendly in reception. Lack of communication of what is going on in the resort. Very busy around reception and trying to get transportation.

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

My second overnight stay, spanning 2 years, at Hue Hotel before flying back to Manila. Room was really well kept, with attention to details. Polite staff, reasonably priced rooms, and an in house restaurant that serves a well balanced breakfast buffet option for a small fee. I will definitely have my 3rd stay here for my next visit in Puerto Princesa City.

We had a great stay. Some hiccups along the way but otherwise great. They fixed any problems that comes right away and with a smile. Shout out to Ms. Chinky in Housekeeping, she’s very attentive to our requests, and made sure we are happy and comfortable. All the other staff from front desk to housekeeping and restaurants are giving their best. Shoutout to Rene @ the breakfast buffet, love his positivity and attentiveness. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Love the bright colors every where, feels really like fun.

Excellent stay! Staffs were friendly and efficient! Clean rooms and very spacious! Inlive staying here. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here when I come back for Boracay getaway!

La ubicación esta a unos 10 minutos caminando, pero te ofrecen transporte gratis hasta la esquina de coron donde comienza el centro. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno escaso. Pero son todos muy atentos. Es muy tranquilo y relajante donde esta ubicado frente a la playa.
