The reception desk was the the first encounter. One person was not very welcoming or friendly. Then was charged extra for my child. It wasnt a pleasant experience. It made me very frustrated and angry To the point I almost left to go to previous resort. But my kids and I were tired, hungry, and hot. Rest of staff was very nice and friendly they made up for that one person. Restaurant, grounds ppl, everyone. was great. Love the variety of breakfast. House keeping fast and greay. Love the ammenities. Rooms beautiful!

Muddy water coming out of the faucet in bath tub

We stayed in south wing pool view with bath tub.. Rooms 102, 103 and 104. The water in the bath tub faucets in the 3 rooms are muddy. We need to pass to narrow aisle to reach our rooms. The aisle is always flooding whenever it rains. No access on the pool and the pool view is blocked by plants.. ...
