They went out of their way to accommodate me and my wife, even though we arrived earlier than our check-in time. They stored our bags and hotel driver drove us to SM Clark. Thank you very much to the staff at Punta Clark.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Midori! I didn't catch everyone’s names, but a huge thank you to everyone—from the reception desk and the guards to the guys who helped with our bags, the restaurant crew, and even our airport transfer driver. ( airport service at 515 am ) The biggest shoutout goes to the front desk staff during our check-in. I was low-key stressed about traveling with my mom’s insulin, but they totally took care of us. Since our room didn't have a freezer, they let us use a cooler with ice and even stored her travel gel packs in their main freezer so they’d be ready for our flight. It was such a relief. If you’re traveling with seniors, Midori really goes above and beyond. Kudos to the whole team! If you want a quiet zone- just choose the room away from the bar as it is loud and it can be heard in the room. Also the hotel claims to be luxury, I think they need to upgrade their rooms to meet the standard of a luxury hotel. Otherwise, the service was superb👍👍👍

This place is awesome! Our hotel room was on the 16th floor and the view was overlooking at the pool and the golf course. Excellent staff from check-in to the end of our stay. We were treated as VIPs! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at The First Clark Hotel & Residence. The entire place is very clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a washer/dryer inside the room was a big bonus and added so much convenience. We hope they continue keeping the property in this brand‑new condition. We’ll definitely come back again.
