Upon arrival staff were helpful and quick to check in. The room was spacious and clean. Very close to the city and surrounding restaurants and Casino .
I would highly recommend this hotel as it’s worth the value .

Reception Staff and Bar Staff were fantastic but unfortunately staff at breakfast weren’t as good (seemed like it was the last place they wanted to be working)
Also my room had a half empty bottle of wine in fridge and when cleaned it seemed that only half was done (they didn’t replace sparkling water that had been drunk and Aldo left fresh towels but didn’t remove used ones

Poor maintenance of plumbing, basin washers worn, shower head water more on to ceiling under pressure than thru the nozzle.
While good central heat & cool, the low fan noise so high I needed to make it turn off to sleep.
Yet the room itself was good so attention to existing services required really let's it down
