"We were awakened in the middle of the night by a very caustic odor and left prior to 5am as one of us was almost unable to breathe. A petrol station attendant told us the Geelong area has strong odors from the Gas Plant when the wind blows a certain way. Recovery time from this gas attach was about three hours of burning eyes and throat. Not hotels fault but would never stay there again."

"Room was very clean. But the premises was tired, no soap in the shower. Car park is limited but sufficient. Had early start so did not eat there."

"Lovely property. Super efficient check in and check out. Wonderful breakfast and tea and coffee available throughout the day. The room itself was spotless and perfect for a short stay. The bathroom is fantastic and large. The pool looked very inviting but we did not have time to try it this time around. Cannot fault the hotel. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay. "
