"This accom was excellent. It was cute and classy, it had the right spaces, and was comfortable. It was great to get food delivered and felt secure (even though the front light over the door didn't work). I had one evening with an online meeting and there were no issues with connectivity (through my own devices). It was easy to heat (I stayed in winter), and it was charming even in the rain. "This hotel was perfect for a little getaway with the kids. Room was stunning and amenities provided were great - we especially loved the nice touch of a little gift for the kids on our beds when we arrived. The kids loved the pool. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We paid a little extra to include breakfast - it was a continental buffet with toast, cereal, juice, barista coffee included, and a small selection of fruits, pastries, meats and cheese. We had the option to upgrade for $10 to include eggs, or replace the buffet with an a la carte meal, but the kids enjoyed the buffet and it was enough to get us going for the day. Plenty of parking on the street next door if needed overnight, though there is a 2 hour limit during the day. Otherwise parking is very pricey at the hotel. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely return!"

"I had rang day before our arrival to let them know we wouldn't be arriving until after 6pm but before 7pm. It showed on website office hours were until 9pm. When I rang there was only an option to leave a message. No one returned my call. When we arrived at the property the reception was locked and in darkness. There were phone numbers on the door so I rang the number for the property and the manager answered, he seemed surprised no one was in reception to assist with check in but told me he would arrange something. After a 5-10 minute wait a girl came to give me the key for our room while on the phone to managed. After she got off the phone she told me she didn't even work there but showed us the direction to our room. Our room was clean and comfortable and close to main cbd. Also was reasonably priced. Have stayed here before and will again. They just need to improve the later check in process."
