Everything was perfect!

The room price is only the beginning. There are significant additional charges for nearly every single activity. Very expensive

The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons I can think of: Not a lot of blankets and the wifi in the bedroom didn’t really work, it was low signal. It would’ve been nice to watch Netflix from the bedroom. That’s the only negative I can think of.

Loved the location, amenities and staff! Everything was excellent. The only thing lacking is upgrades to the rooms. They are looking a bit tired, since most of your time is spent enjoying everything else outside, it’s not a major hurdle.

We had mixed feelings on this stay. The apartment itself was excellent. We weren't that close to the ocean but that's probably because we have kids so they put us at the back of the property near the kids pool. But loved the inside of the unit. The downside was level of service we would expect at this price point. No room cleaning, no breakfast, staff were nice but didn't seem to exude that 5 star commitment to making sure the guest is happy. We received a text suggesting morning yoga so my wife stopped in to try it. Not a great session and at the end the instructor said she had to Venmo her money for the session. Kind of weird. Nobody really checked in on us to see if we were happy. Usually at this nightly rate we feel very taken care of. Still a beautiful property and great apartment.

The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows because all of the screen were either not there, or bent and it let in mosquitos. That was the biggest hang up to making this trip 5 stars.

This was our first visit to any of the islands and we didn’t want to leave. This place is perfect! Everything you want and close to everything in west Maui. You can walk out your door and watch the sea turtles come on shore and lay in the sun or watch them swimming. The outdoor of the property is perfectly manicured with flowers. It also has a nice pool and it’s so quiet with beautiful sunsets. A lot of people snorkelled from there since the coral reef is right there.
